Absolutely horrible experience. On Monday, February 2 at around 11:35 PM, I walked into the store to order yogurt. I waited about 3 minutes before an employee finally took my order and payment.
After paying, I was left waiting for over 6 minutes with no explanation, even though there were no other customers in line. Both employees repeatedly walked in and out of the back area and did not acknowledge me at all.
Due to the lack of communication and excessive wait time, I requested to cancel my order and left the store. This was very frustrating and unprofessional.
What made the situation worse is that I am still unsure whether a refund was processed. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate the matter further.
I saw a cockroach near the coconut for the frozen yogurt, I'm allergic to cockroaches I could've gotten a allergic reaction.
The worst yougurt ever had in my life, and one of the most expensive!
Fabian is very kind and provides great customer service! I love Pinkberry and Fabian makes the experience even better 😇💜
Three different times ordering delivery and they get the flavor and the toppings completely wrong every single time.
Not a Pinkberry experience at all
This was a very disappointing experience. The frozen yogurt tasted watery and separated, and the mango and vanilla bean flavors were barely noticeable at all. It seemed like the machine wasn’t working properly — maybe because it was close to closing time — but that’s no excuse for serving such poor quality.
I ordered delivery, and although the weather wasn’t even hot, the yogurt arrived already melted because there was no proper packaging or insulation to keep it cold. To make things worse, the flavor that arrived was completely different from what I ordered.
For a brand like Pinkberry, this level of quality control is unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning to this location.
I love pink berry but this location is not it. Do not go on a Wednesday around 7 because you will get the worst customer service experience. We were encountered by a dark skinned very rude lady in her mid 30s who, 1 did not help us nor serve us what we wanted and 2 was rude to the point she wanted to argue with me because I did not know where we could order (we asked several times). She handled the situation very poorly and still laughed when my family was no longer comfortable with purchasing anything from this store so we chose to leave. I would suggest to speak with your staff and fixing their attitude.
They scammed me by putting a poster that has an enlarged açaà bowl and what i got was something so small that it shouldn’t even be worth $15. Their portions for the açaà bowl is a complete scam.
The ice cream tastes great, but the service and cleanliness were terrible. The tables were filthy, the floors were sticky, and there was ice cream all over the floor that no one cleaned. The cashier was pushy and unpleasant, and they don’t accept Apple Pay. The sodas are locked in a fridge so you can’t help yourself. The AC might be on, but you can’t feel it — it was uncomfortably hot inside. Overall, very unprofessional — we won’t be back, especially with so many better options around.
You can’t feel the ac so it’s super hot inside .

I was so excited to stumble across a Pinkberry open this late. The fruit was fresh and the shop was clean like most lower downtown. My only issue was the cashier for the first time didn’t ASK me did I want to redeem my reward, she just automatically applied it. I like to build up my rewards for when I’m with my kids. Her excuse was every time someone has rewards they want to use it. I was highly upset. There was no manger on site to do my refund. So I’m upset about not having any more points and starting over. I advise her to ask next time. Not everyone wants to use their rewards because it’s there, most are tourist so of course they do. I’m a New Yorker and a Pinkberriana I like to add mines and use when extremely needed. Not for just one small order of yougurt..
Girl at register on Wednesday night at 1230 was so sweet and lovely. Store was kinda hot wish there was ac but she was perf 5 starts for her. Also froyo always good
Don’t take Apple Pay. Couldn’t get my froyo:(
Came here since last year, I gotta say the frozen yogurt here actually tastes like a frozen yogurt, the other places I’ve been to tasted like regular ice-cream or did not have a taste in general.
Bae and I really wanted a refreshing drink. It was kinda late but pinkberry was open. I'm not a fan of frozen yogurt in general. We originally wanted a different drink that they didn't have, and settled for this one.
