Seriously, overpriced $8.97 for a small cup of yogurt with 1 topping, tastes artificial (got mini pb cups that have a gummy consistency that I suppose is trying to approximate pb), complete waste of money. You can buy an entire pint at any bodega or grocery store for the price of a small cup at this place.

I was visit this store for like some favourite Yogurt but One guys Mr. Wadud very helpfully and trying me some Yogurts very nice for me. wow i will agin and come see to see Pinkberry yogurt shop 9 ave Manhattan. Thank a lot mr. Wadud

Bad experience from start to finish. I treated a friend to Pinkberry and was confused as to why there were only 2 people in the store on a 91 degree day, turns out the AC was not working and it was extremely hot in the store. Despite the fact there was no one in line we were ignored by the two men who were working. We ordered a mini with sprinkles and a small cup, the bill came to just under $16. When the small was handed over the cup was half full and the yogurt was extremely runny - it did not look appetizing. We quickly ran back to our office where the AC was in fact working, upon inspection of the bill I found the price was high due to the fact that I was charged for topping on the small despite ordering no toppings. I emailed Pinkberry customer service 3 times in a week - no response as of yet. I also called the customer service line and left a message - no response as of yet. Ignored, overcharged, and mediocre product - this is a must skip location!
