There were 0 people in the cafe when I came in and ordered my smoothie. I waited more than 10 minutes before I asked where it was. They totally forgot about it! The staff members and I saw them chit chatting and doing I don’t know what. They saw us sitting in the cafe and waiting and completely ignored us after we paid for the smoothie . A shame how downhill the service has gone these days. No wonder pinkberrys are half empty these days. Train your staff better! And if staff make mistakes then do something to make customers feel better.

Yogurt is too sweet compared to 16 Handles plus there’s not too many choices of toppings and it’s not self-served which makes it a little time consuming to join the line and wait to be served especially if you’re in a rush.

Definitely a great spot!! Loved the toppings and choices of frozen yogurt! We have recently tired to be more healthy conscious and this place makes you feel like you are eating ice cream without the guilt lol. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, we loved this place definitely will be back!

I was made to feel unwelcomed. I was at the counter and ordered strawberry cup. The guy behind the counter said they didn't have strawberry. It was all I wanted so I left. But as I circled back to the corner 20 minutes later a blond lady walked past me with a cup of strawberry and something else from Pink berry. Why was I denied service? I will never feel safe to go there again. These micro aggression against black people are increasing in NYC.
Got a plain plus pomegranate froyo. Taste was decent a bit on too sugary side. The total was around $8 for a small cup with 4 toppings.
