I like the freshness of all the special ice creams, the cleanliness of the store and counter also you could ask for a testing if you want to try a flavor before you buy. The prices are on the HIGH end but it's worth it.

Jose is THE MAN. Every time I come, he’s always positive, welcoming, and engaging. There’s nothing better than a happy customer, and that’s exactly what he does whenever he takes my order, it’s almost like we’re family. He makes sure the fro-yo is a great portion, gives the perfect amount of toppings, and always makes sure I don’t leave without making sure I have everything I need. I don’t know how long he’s been working there, but he deserves a raise, at least $5. It’s only right to keep the ones who makes customers happy around. JOSE FOR THE WIN‼️🙌🏽

Pinkberry is my favorite place for frozen yogurt. I was so happy when they reopened Pinkberry near Columbia University. The service is very good here but the place is tiny and no AC! It's like a sauna in there! It is very uncomfortable waiting on line to order when you can barely breathe and are sweating profusely. The workers are sweating so much, I imagined sweat dripping on the food. I decided to leave and go to the one on 93st instead. Please turn on the AC not only for customers, but for the workers and more importantly, the food!

Love pinkberry as always but very expensive. Keep in the mind the prices always increase. I always get the take home as its big and I get a $2 discount when I get it from the fridge. It is $13.91 with tax. It is always worth the discount but they dont always have many flavours available; I would suggest waiting a few hours after they open at 12:30, and in my case the yogurt wasn’t fresh it was a few days old. But still tasted delicious.
