This location is so unprofessional if you open up at 12 o’clock you cannot get out of an Uber at 12. You’re supposed to be ready to serve at 12. Your employees and managers need to do better. Three customers were standing outside today and we all walked away because he still had the door locked, even though it was after. And, two he was just pouring the mix in the machine because he pulled up at 12 o’clock.

I stopped in with an order for 14 different bowls/toppings, and Jalise went above and beyond for me! She created each bowl with a smile, even labeling each person's order with a sharpie. I can't say enough about her positive attitude and delightful demeanor. She is a pleasure, and I will return to this store just because of her!
