I was so excited to try froyo for the first time and the worker was incredibly rude. I have never been to a pink berry so I wasn’t sure how things worked but he was just straight up rude when asking questions. Sighing and throwing his hands up when wanting to try a sample. Won’t be coming back specifically because of this interaction. Just rude. Very disappointed.

I love pink berry but they need a better way to take advantage of your rewards then to being able to open it up on your app on your phone. There have been two separate occasions where I have come to this same Pinkberry and not have been able to use my rewards because they could not look me up and I could not remember my password. I clearly had the reward for todays by one get one and could not find it because of a password iusses. They could not look me up. So frustrating. They need to upgrade there system.
I always enjoy stopping by Pinkberry. Their frozen yogurt is so creamy and flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh. The staff makes you feel welcome every time. It’s the perfect spot for a quick, delicious treat.

Extremely small portions for the food to price ratio, for 9$ you can get yourself 6 bites of frozen yogurt. Back in the good old days in 2015 I could get a quart of this stuff for 9$. I will be taking my talents to 16 handles, all the nostalgia and happiness that brings me to this place is gone. The plain yogurt will always play a special place in my heart, and the punch cards for free yogurt immensely affect who I am today. Thank you pink berry.
