Very disappointed given the amount we paid. First, the food was less than desirable (quality, taste, temperature, etc), and the variety was not great. Would have much preferred a seated dinner with menu to a buffet. Secondly, for that much money dessert was merely a plate of bite size truffles and trinkets and none but one type were edible; fortunately, the wait staff were considerate and brought us extras of those upon request. Third, for that much money, at minimum a glass of champagne should have been included along with drinks and the fact that we had to pay extra for both was off putting. Finally, and worst of all, we were made to sit in what looked like an overflow room off the main buffet/kitchen area and it was just a few tables in a room with no ambience, no view of Times Square, and away from the main sky lounge and the live music/entertainment. Very disappointed overall with this experience.

Not worth the money. Expensive already for New years, be aware the price does not included the taxes so cost another 90 USD. Includes only one drink, not drinks. Food was average no desert bar, given a few pieces on the table to share so couldn't choose. Waiters never came back to offer any other drinks

One of the worst buffets I've been to. Other people left without eating anything at all. For $150 per person I expected a much higher level of service and food - especially food. They did give us vouchers for breakfast the next day, which was nice.

Opentable Diner

It was quiet when I was there as there were only 2 other guests, so noise level and energy level would probably be higher with more people during busier times. Great staff.

The reservation process was great and the host was very nice and friendly. Our server was excellent and attentive. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. We will definitely go back

A quiet place to enjoy excellent food and wine with good service. Right in the middle of one of the busiest locations in Manhattan

Jeremiah

Too brightly lit with two servers covering the shift. Decided to just limit the visit to a cocktail, which was nice and strong.

Diego

Does not worth the price and the restaurant location give you no view if you are looking for that.

Nice bar and restaurant area inside the Hilton Times Square. Limited bar menu. But the chicken and waffles sliders were great, Ave the bartender makes a good cocktail. Holiday decor adds to the gorgeous views out the large windows.

Nice lobby bar. For transportation download Lyft and enter code POLLS for $20 off rides!

I know, I know it's NYC but some of the drink prices are ridiculous for a hotel lobby bar, Bartenders were not very attentive, not sure if it was the holiday or what but took forever to get a $12 draft beer.

It's expensive but service is great and the atmosphere is elegant

Pleasant bar/restaurant, friendly efficient service, not overbearing. Modest menu, but it is a bar first and foremost. Limited wine menu, but appetizers are good. Alban is an attentive knowledgeable waiter, check him out.
