The deliveries (esp difficult in NYC sky scrapers!) are always early and the best thing for me is that I always feel secure that the food is coming on time and everything is always perfect. That peace of mind combined with the top tier service and quick response (even if you have to change or add something at the last minute) makes Certe my go to.
