This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with in my life. Over 2 hours of wait for them to cancel my order because they forgot. the employees are super rude and unprofessional. Oh and by the way don’t expect them to refund your money even though they cancel your order after you call them to find out where is it.

I ordered a big order earlier today, it finished up extremely fast, by the time i arrived my order was ready to go. the cashier was also very nice. my food is delicious. Everything i ordered came out great and i devoured it all

My partner and I are convinced the majority of bad reviews are because people ordered the “Hand-tossed Pizza” and not the classic Pizza Hut we know — the “Original Pan Pizza”. We have ordered the Original Pan every single time and it’s been perfectly cooked every time.
Not pictured, but highly recommend: cheese Original Pan customized to “light” marinara sauce. The fried dough and cheese flavors stand out more with less marinara sauce.

pizza hut has a value proposition in pizza starved parts of the world, but not in NY. the mediocre pizza across the street at "little italy" is better than this factory produced garbage.
