I visited this location on my first to NY, BAD DECISION! I wanted to have a small pizza for myself and I was told that it would take 15 minutes, so I ordered it, after 20 mins another customer came in and they got my order before me, I asked the cashier and she told me they had a lot of orders on queque, so I waited, after 40 minutes I asked again and i actually saw my pizza standing there at the oven door, it had been sitting there for a long time and the worker at the back did not t have the willing of packing it. I had to stand on the counter and ask them to give me my pizza for at least 10 minutes while literally looking at my order. After a torturing 50 minutes the worker at the back finally got the willing to put my pizza on a box and I tasted the most mid and cold pizza I’ve ever had. NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION SPECIALLY IF YOURE IN A HURRY!!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I placed the order over THREE HOURS AGO (ordered at 4:30 pm) and am still waiting for my food. I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half…90 MINUTES ON HOLD and still no answer from anybody at this location. They hold your money hostage…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They have zero accountability. I’ve never had such terrible customer service. Chatted with general Pizza Hut company customer service online without resolution. Just STUCK waiting without being able to cancel order or get refund. Awful. Do better.

They delivered my food a full TWO HOURS after I placed my order AND this is after calling both the location and chatting with a rep online. The food arrived room temp at best. I paid extra for a cup of marinara sauce and they filled it up enough to cover just the bottom of the cup. I’ll stick with Dominoes.

I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant. I was craving pizza. I just moved to the area not too long ago. I went to order from Pizza Hut after my neighbors told me not to. They mess up orders and got a bunch of kids working there. I'm not one to go based off people's reviews, but this is me making sure y'all second guess. ordering from this place there was red hair in my food my pizza was not cooked all the way on top that when I called to complain politely and to speak to a manger the so called manger quoted t your speaking to one the way he came on you can tell he was a child or was not fit for that position he began to laugh and say so what you want me to do about it and I that's when I got upset and toned my voice up and he hung up in my face I went there personally mind you I'm high risk pregnacy I have to stay in bed and the way he handle it I was lost for words I asked to speak to the manger and he started laughing and everyone confirmed he was the manger do not go to this awful place they all did not have no uniform on no hair nets and was high or intoxicated on the job he also did not want to give me my refund or let me speak to someone higher, he walked away

I’m a regular here at this location and on a day like today I came to pick up my order. I was standing in line behind someone who just placed their order and I was next. After the customer finished placed her order, the cashier went to the back to chat with her co-worker. Then came back to the register to put in an order, at that point I’ve waited 5 minutes. Meanwhile, there were 2 others in the back and one doing the orders. I had to get the attention of one person in the back so that I could collect my order. That person did offered me a free pizza but I couldn’t accept it. There’s literally not a lot of stand alone Pizza Huts in Manhattan and this is the only good one. I just hope my next experience is a better one. Do better!
