My wife bought a pizza through the website, when I opened the pizza at home between the melted cheese there was a hair. And the taste of the pizza was very distorted. The taste of pizza hut has been lost

The worst place to order online , my order never arrived . They never answered the phone when I tried calling.. 30 minutes on hold and no one ever answered.then customer service was through a chat only thing she could do was cancel my order because even she couldn’t reach the store. I wish I could give the store 0 stars worst experience ever. Do not order here !!!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. When my child and I walked into the establishment the male in charge of taking our order was sitting on his phone and I was calling him saying excuse me over 10 times which he ignored me then after being told by another employee that I was obviously calling him he came up to counter and stated can’t you see I’m on the phone mind you he was just texting. Then proceeded to act like I was bothering him.

EVERYTIME we order from here there’s a mistake. We ordered a big dinner box in February and instead of sending traditional wings, they sent boneless wings and forgot our 2 L soda. They fixed it and gave us $30 store credit. This past Tuesday , we ordered two big dinner boxes and ordered an extra order of Traditional wings. Meaning we were supposed to get four pies and three orders of TRADITIONAL wings. They sent us 1 order of boneless wings and 3 pies. So they forgot to send us the 2 orders of traditional wings, an entire pie and 3 extra sauces we paid for. They sent us our missing items but Always something with this location. Won’t be ordering here again.

I thought the pizza was. Okay but apparently a worker calls me hours later asking if there was any roaches hair or urine in my order.. I don’t appreciate that.. I will be taking legal action Tommorow but first a doctor… if that was a prank not cool… this is people lives… why would you call 8 hrs later smh

I order through UBER EAT omg i waited almost 3 hours for my food guess what they did they cancel my order SMH I was so mad my kids wanted Pizza Hut and we leave like 2 blocks away smh ever again they should close!!!!! Across the street the pizza shop is way better and cheaper too.
