Given this location a few tries since they opened a couple months ago and I wish I never did. The location is barely a shop and more of a walk-through that smells a little funny. The vibes are bad and not only is the service consistently poor but so is the food. Takeout takes a while to receive, notes/requests are ignored while also given toppings not asked for. Avoid this location at all costs, and if you order don't expect a smooth experience. I wish I didn't have to write this but I have to be honest.

I was very excited to see a Pizza Hut open only two blocks away from me. Well that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. There were only about two customers when I went in to pick up my order. Took a while before anyone assisted me. Then they couldn't find my order but eventually did.
I should have known something was a bit off when it said my order would be ready in just 15 minutes. When I got home it seemed like my whole order was microwaved. The pizza dough didn't seem to be cooked despite the pizza being very hot. The breadsticks seemed old and dried out. My girlfriend thought it was something else because they didn't even have the seasoning that Pizza Hut normally puts on breadsticks and we were given garlic sauce instead of marinara. I took one bite of the breadsticks and we threw out the rest. The food was just gross to me. It was a very disappointing experience and I'm pretty turned off from Pizza Hut right now. I've had food from Pizza Hut Express locations that was better than this order.
Oh, the best part was when they asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the chef! I'm glad I didn't!

very unprofessional, and cancels orders to keep the food for themselves. every time i come in i have to wait forever to have my order taken while the workers play and talk in the back. manager is extremely rude.

this establishment is a joke. after waiting a long time for my order i gave them a call and they reported that they were only waiting for a driver. i finally got a notification that a driver was on the way and then suddenly my order was cancelled. after calling grubhub they said it was cancelled by the merchant due to the restaurant being “closed.” they close at 2am, my order was cancelled at 11pm. i called the restaurant back and the same worker answered the phone.
also my girlfriend entered the restaurant a week prior and one of the workers was sitting on the counter while the other two flirted in the back. no one took her order and she stood there for over five minutes then ended up walking out and getting food across the street. this location is going to close. this is terrible for the brand. their phone number is not even listen on the grubhub app. i had to find their number through google.

Wow! That location was abandoned and rotting away since the early years of the Bloomberg administration. Nice to see it became something of value, and not a bank or anything like that, but a Pizza Hut - and not just any Pizza Hut but perhaps the worst in the entire city, EVER! Nice to see my old 'hood hasn't moved the needle forward in over forty years. I'm surprised they didn't open a hookah/chicken bar or some kind of dispensary in it's place.

Ya gotta get more staff who at least give half a dam cuz you got one just making wings wrong and eating while one tries to make a shit ton of pizzas by themselves then the manager comes in tryna help but makes more of a mess while the front takes more orders that the back can’t handle or have no idea of till customers complain and they are forced to do the order. Learn from any dominoes where the front takes orders if needed but gets to the back and helps set the pizza up and someone else finishes, a production line cuz ya gana have one upset customer go off one day on ya

I barely ever leave reviews, but I ordered a pizza online and received the completely wrong pizza order with none of the toppings and extras i paid for, and it was barely even warm. Not only was it wrong order, it also was hard, like it wasn't fresh and had been sitting out for an extended period.

You could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner six times before you get your order. They have a driver shortage and instead of communicating with you and letting you know they’re running behind, they’re letting your food get cold. Very disappointing.
