I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Park. Not only was the food subpar—borderline inedible—but the wait staff were also incredibly rude and unprofessional. They made derogatory comments about customers in Spanish and would not stop harassing attitude and remarks once they realized the customers actually understood Spanish. This type of behavior felt like outright harassment and was unacceptable. It’s disturbing to witness such disrespectful, racist behavior in a place that should be focused on providing good service. I hope management takes serious steps to address these issues. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.

Food was mediocre at best, but more importantly was the incredibly rude staff which is propelling me to write this review in the first place. I came in for a quick lunch and was greeted by two of the staff mumbling in Spanish. Unfortunately for them I speak fluent Spanish as a Cuban American and let them know quickly. They proceeded to make rude/snarky comments but I brushed it off. When we went to leave they started saying (in spanish) “look at the mess they’re leaving!” As I started to clean up my table, because, again I understood everything they were saying, one of the men that work there snatched the tray out of my hand. I just cannot get over how awful we were treated and how little the staff cared to properly represent this establishment. Unfortunate.

It was ok. We had the Pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It was delivered by Doordash so of course it was not fresh when we got it but it was still good.

This is a quintessential NYC pizza place. Amazingly friendly staff, open late and quality pizza.
Stumbled across this place while we were wandering. We agreed it was better than some of the famous pizza restaurants we went to in NYC.
Buffalo chicken slice was amazing.
