On 10/29 I placed a take out order. When home I found that one pint of Grandpa’s chicken soup was missing. I called the restaurant immediately & told them about the missing item. I stated that I would not be able to return & pick it up but asked for a refund instead. Gave the person on the phone my credit card information. She told me it could take a few days to process. So far there has been no credit posted. I understand that mistakes happen but your establishment’s response shows poor customer service.

My wife and I were having lunch here a few days ago, all was good with the food. She struck up a conversation with a couple at the next table, tourists from California. Their conversation was lively and a bit loud, that’s when another patron yelled at us to be quiet. No word from staff or management. So the conversation went on and it was apparently too loud for this person so he pounded on the table behind us and continued to berate me and my wife. Still no word from the management of the establishment.
As we left, I politely wished him a nice day, which resulted in him insulting us further. Only then did someone from the management staff offer us an apology- as we were leaving.
The food was good, but with this attitude I have no reason to go back.
