On vacation from August 20 to 27, 2023. Great hotel, incredible service, warm and friendly staff at all times. Exceptional swim out room and the maid does a great job, clean, well cleaned and excellent service, impeccable. The restaurants are magnificent, decor and cleanliness are essential. Large and incredible site, chair at the beach and super comfortable swimming pool well done. Incredible reception, smile, kindness and makes sure you understand the information. I would definitely return, magnificent hotel. Thank you again to the entire planet Hollywood team for a first-class stay with you.

This is a great place to visit and try. it is really well decorated and everything is nice in this place. the burgers are quite good. However, they are quite expensive. We payed 43 dollars for 2 burgers, with no beverage. I understand it has to do with its location. However, we are talking about burgers. Still would recommend it as an experience...
