NO VEGAN MENU, no longer served. This is for all my Morrissey friends at United

They got the order wrong and charged us EXTRA! After we had to walk back to fix it… if you are ordering something vegan, clarify it a thousand times. If you order something not vegan, also clarify. One sandwich that was not vegan had vegan cheese, so is there a possibility that the vegan sandwiches had dairy cheese..? There is no structure here. The people who worked here last time we were in town were so friendly.We ordered 3 food items, 2 of them were wrong. We ordered a vegan burrito, a vegan sandwich, and a turkey sandwich. Turkey sandwich was made with vegan cheese, that’s not what we ordered. The burrito was made into a sandwich and they told us over and over that it was a burrito… sure, Jan. It wasn’t a burrito, that’s a sandwich. instead they made the wrong sandwich and didn’t fix it when they realized their mistake. They wait for you to come back and then charge you to fix THEIR mistake. I will never come back here.They could have at least apologized, but instead they just charged us “the difference.” $5! So ONE burrito is $13 if they don’t make it correctly at your expense. If they learn to make the food correctly, this won’t happen. They don’t pay attention to the ingredients or listen to what you’re asking for. It’s all freestyle. If you’re ok with mix and match food and don’t care for accuracy, this is the place. No gloves were worn when working with the food also. Ugh.

Food is fine, but they get basic orders wrong 95% of the time. (I.e. not putting cheese on a sausage egg and cheese). And it takes much longer than it used to.

Have tried almost all the plantega options here!! Highly recommend the meatball sub or the spicy breakfast burrito (not spicy) ?✨

Had my first vegan chopped cheese thanks to this Bodega! They also had a great selection of drinks and snacks for those with dietary restrictions.
