Terrible. Ive ordered twice from this place and both times I never got my order. The first time they straight up just never delivered it and this time they delivered someone else’s food that was completely different from I had ordered.

EDIT: Reached out to their customer service multiple times, each time they only requested what my Playa Bowl account was and ignored me when I said I didn't have one and that my orders were placed on Seamless. Their lack of response is clearly a tactic to get people to sign up for their app and refusing to assist people that don't have one. After signing up they did drop a free bowl voucher into my account to attempt to make up for this locations bad service. However, their app charges an astronomical delivery fee, 10x the amount Seamless charges, so my "free" bowl ended up costing THE SAME PRICE as ordering one on Seamless. Even when you take into account the loyalty points you'd earn using their app, you'd still be paying way more than ordering these off other local delivery services.

I love it here! I go to 54st Mercedes playa bowl at least 4 times a week. Juan is always a pleasure and goes above n beyond to accommodate me. All staff are very friendly and great workers.

First of all, this place was nearly impossible to find since it’s inside a gym, which made the whole experience uncomfortable from the start. Once I finally got there, I was told I had to order through an app, but the payment system kept failing. There was no one around to assist, and the place felt completely empty and unwelcoming.

On top of that, the pricing was inconsistent. A bowl that was supposed to be $17 when ordering through the app ended up being $21 when ordering at the front desk—how does it increase by $4 just because of where you order?

Even though I ended up ordering, the entire experience was way too uncomfortable. The menu looked good and the prices seemed fair at first glance, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. There are other, better places to go

Update: I emailed them and they never reply to me so basically a scam

Worst Acae bowl we have ever had, and worst service, more than half of the bowl is Granola.

Old ingredients, freezer burned fruit, more granola than acai. Peanut butter add-on is $2 pre-tax. Therefore, for nearly $20, their Pura vida acai bowl with just blueberries, strawberries, granola, and honey, is nothing short of a let down.
