We visited Playa Bowl in Montgomeryville today and the staff were very rude. My daughter who frequents the store asked about the portions in her bowl which appeared to be less than usual. The girl responded by saying “I can see it in there” and dismissed our concerns. She was very rude in her response to us, the customers. I would not recommend this location!

I gave been to playa bowl over 10 times and my experience today was not good. The staff today was not very welcoming. If the owners were there today when I went they sure were not friendly. I told the cashier no coconuts and they put some in, then she says you want a lid and I said well yea, it’s to go. She didn’t even put them in a bag. I always buy the Nutella one and I always buy 2. All the other times I had no problems great staff and friendly.

Look for a fruit salad, mango, strawberry, drinks, this is the place. The fruits are fresh and when you enter the place it is like you are teleported from one place to another. When you enter, everything is beach and sun. I have visited 3 different locations in New Jersey and the service is good and fast when you pick up your order. 🥥🥝🍉🍓🍎🍉🍉🫐🥭🥤🧉

Very delicious and fresh smoothie bowls made by friendly staff.
Huge and very good bowl for breakfast or lunch! Wide variety of choice. Tried the banana bowl and Açaï bowl and both were great and stacked with fresh fuits! Size is almost to big!

Very good and very filling. It's a shame there's no small and/or medium version. The price is a bit high, but I recommend trying it for those who love fruit and have a sweet tooth.

Had plastic in my bowl. When I alerted the staff and gave them the plastic, they just threw the plastic away without any apology or explanation. When I told them that I wanted a refund for my two bowls, they had an attitude like I was causing trouble. We had to prod and ask them where the plastic could have come from, and they answered without investigating “probably from the blender”, and kept working on the next order. They did not seem to care if the bowls are dangerous to the clients and were emotionless and rude when handling this issue. Additionally, the strawberry in my friend’s bowl wasn’t fresh at all. I was a big fan of Playa Bowls before this, but after seeing the complete disregard for customer service and safety, I will not be returning.
