Charged us 120$ for two pints and four shots … the service was lovely but the price was ridiculous even for Times Square ? Maybe it’s because we are tourists ??
This is definitely one of our favorite places to stop when exploring the city. The staff is always friendly and they treat you like a local. The drinks are always made perfectly. The atmosphere is perfect. There is always a game on and great company here.

We came for some drinks and nibbles before a show. Walked in and the servers could not have been less interested in serving us. Drinks came out 20 minutes after ordering. And I've had better microwave food from the supermarket than what they served me. Sorry to say it was a poor experience.

Restaurantji Recommends
Two of us stopped here as we had time to kill before seeing a show. We said we were unlikely to be ordering food (only drinks) but would take a look at the menu. When the waiter came over we ordered a fries to share and water/sprite. He was very unapproachable and said he could not serve us with a small order. After asking he said he would do it and walked off. I want to clarify the place was not very busy and we were clear from the beginning. Would not recommend visiting here.

We first tried to make a reservation for the dining area and literally never got a confirmation email. So we ended up just walking in, they sat us down at a table and gave us a jug of water. Every time we ran out we would have to somehow flag down the waitstaff that seemed to hate walking into the dining area. We eventually ordered our food and didn’t wait too long for it. The food was honestly subpar at best and this is coming from someone who eats college food normally. We got the truffle French fries and those were just not good. One of us got the mushroom ravioli and got 8 ravioli for a very high price which did not match the quality. Another of us got the fish and chips and was just honestly disappointed, not good. Another of us got the chicken penne ala vodka, which wasn’t too bad, but had like 3 pieces of chicken just thrown on top instead of having it mixed in with the pasta. We waited quite a while until we were able to flag down the staff to ask for the bill. When we got it, it had a 18% gratuity charge to it and they still asked for a tip. After giving us practically terrible service. Don’t think I’d ever come back.

Awful service and mis-sold!
Tried to communicate with Ella who is supposedly the manager to arrange New year's eve tickets. Prior to arriving in New York, communication via email was abrupt and unhelpful. On arrival attended Playwright to purchase tickets in person and ask any unanswered questions. Ella was very rude and implied she has been ignoring my emails as I'm 'asking too many questions and wasting her time'. This is despite the ticket costs of an extortionate $700.
On New year's eve the setup was very poorly managed. Suppose to be 3 hours of unlimited food and alcohol. Had 1 drink and 3 mini spring rolls. Due to the setup of food Infront of people across the bar and no space to move. Worse value for money ever experienced. Choose to sit outside on a takeaway bench instead and at 2240pm, which is only halfway through that unlimited food and drink tickrt, panic was instigated from staff and everyone was called outside to get in position for the ball drop. Despite the ticket stating this happens only 10 minutes prior to midnight.

Booked for New Year’s Eve, bar staff was rude and can’t make a drink to save their life. They can’t even pour a pint! HAD SUSPICIOUS BLUE AND WHITE BITS IN THE DRINK SO I TOOK IT BACK AND RAISED IT TO THE BAR MAN AND QUESTIONED HIM, HE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT. Very unorganised, for a place charing $200-$500+ a ticket for nye. Promised a 4 hour open bar/buffet, the food was tasty to be fair, but it was very limited. Also 2.5 hours in to the open bar they lied and said everyone has to go out to get a spot to the ball drop so we had to wait 1.5hours for the ball drop. When they said we will all walk out 10 mins before the drop? So they were just getting everyone away from the open bar, came back in after the ball had dropped and all the drinks and decorations had vanished, even the ones I stashed under the table lol. Money grabbing *****
