The pho is terrible and not even freshly made. The rice noodle must have been pre-cooked and been sitting for a long time because its all sticking together. For this price I would AT LEAST expect my food to be freshly made

Got the beef brisket pho:
- wayyy too oily (there was a layer of THICC oil floating on top, with no lemon provided to counter the greasiness 💔)
- also the bowl itself was super oily on the outside
- although there were plenty of brisket, the meat itself seem to be from an elderly 🐮 (no hate - we respect their sacrifice)
Food aside the waitress was super friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect.

Great fusion Vietnamese food - phos and buns are really great! Coming here now and then when in the area. Also servers are very nice!

Superbowl Pho – The grilled meat is incredibly tender, making every bite satisfying.
Tofu Curry – A great balance of flavors with just the right level of spice.
The staff – Super friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience.
Happy Hour – Their $5 wine deal is unbeatable!
The best part? The jazz music and modern vibe, setting it apart from traditional Vietnamese spots.

I cannot express how amazing the service was and as I’m vegetarian I got the vegan pho, and the kimchi fries! It’s vegetarian and without any fish sauce! Super super sweet people, had great food and great service. Highly recommend! I added sriracha to make pho spicy!

Fantastic experience. I had the vegan pho, and was able to pull out my laptop and work while it was snowing outside. The nice music and ambiance made the meal all the more lovely. Staff was warm and friendly!

Ordered takeout for around $16–$17—a vegan pho. The broth was great, but there were barely any noodles, and they were all broken. I had to fish for them! Also had to pay extra $2 for chilli (that was good )

Cute little restaurant.
The pho is decent with well seasoned broth however the portion is on the smaller side.
The banh mi (Vietnamese sub) wasn't very good - way too salty and the bread was on the denser side too.
They do charge for all extras (i.e. chili oil, extra bean sprouts etc).
The service is good and they are very friendly. It's a smidge overpriced for what it is.

Small portions, inauthentic taste, very little meat. The kimchi fries were nothing special. When I asked for bean sprouts, lime, and basil, they told me there were already bean sprouts in the soup. Yeah, like five pieces. They also had no basil. They didn’t disclose that they would charge me extra for the bean sprouts — good thing I spotted it before paying and called them out.
Don’t come here; you will be disappointed and unsatisfied.

We visited Restaurant for a family dinner, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. One of the highlights was their happy hour drinks—beer, wine, and sake by the glass for just $5. We ordered the Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé, both of which were surprisingly better than what you’d find at some wine bars.
For appetizers, we ordered spring rolls, curry puffs, sweet potato fries, fried dumplings, salad, and chicken wings. While the portions were on the smaller side, every dish was fresh and packed with flavor. The standouts for us were the salad and chicken wings—absolutely delicious!
For the main course, we loved the Super Pho and the Spicy Shrimp Noodle Soup. Both were flavorful and comforting. The Garlic Shrimp and Salmon Curry were also noteworthy, with bold flavors that left us wanting more.
We ended our meal with a delightful dessert—sweet sticky rice and pumpkin custard. This seasonal treat is a must-try, as recommended by our server, and it did not disappoint.
Overall, the service was friendly, and the vibe and decor of the restaurant made for a cozy, enjoyable atmosphere. Don’t walk—run to Plum for an unforgettable dining experience!
