We had booked a pre-theater dinner. Bookable between 5pm and 7pm. A table was available at 6:30 p.m. As usual, we assumed that you could order until 7pm. Far from it. We were told at the table (after we had to wait 10 minutes for service) that we now had to eat and drink within 20 minutes. When I asked why you could book this special until 6:45 p.m. and whether they would then expect you to have eaten in 15 minutes, it wasn't even addressed. So we had to order from the overpriced menu. The “Jumbo” Crab Cake for a whopping $46 isn’t even enough as an appetizer, plus there are side dishes for $12 each. Quality good. Quantity insufficient for the price. The ultimate insolence was that we couldn't split the bill according to the unfriendly service because it would take too much time. However, because my companion was in NYC on business, we needed two bills, which is never a problem in any restaurant in the USA. Only when I slowly and slightly sourly insisted did the arrogant waiter move. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Went for a breakfast catchup meeting here. Had a good eggs Benedict Shakshouka - good blend of classic eggs ben with roasted tomatoes and pita. Good coffee too!

The restaurant was closed when we went to go have a bevy. We couldn’t find another lounge near us and the hospitality manager walked us to the door of another place that was open - amazing!

This restaurant located on the outskirts of grand central is a outstanding peaceful oasis where you can have a very refined and elegant business meal.

The quality of the “bento box” sushi was great. Service was excellent. The “jade cloud” tea was on point.

Espresso was excellent.

Came for a business breakfast. Overall it was fine. Food was as expected, nothing special, nothing terrible. The attentiveness of the staff was the problem. Lack of attention and timeliness with front of house across the board.

Came here for a work dinner. The food was pretty good and the quality of food was good. The portion sizes were a little small but that’s to be expected for a seafood restaurant. I got the scallops, shrimp fried rice, and Brussel sprouts. I only wish the restaurant is they had more items at different price points. $24 for some buttered lettuce is wild.

Came here for a celebratory birthday lunch for my husband and really enjoyed our meal.

The restaurant is absolutely stunning, with great window seats for people watching if you are into that.

Service was a little on the slow side which surprised us because they weren't too busy but our waitress was incredibly friendly so we didn't mind the long wait time too much especially since we weren't in a hurry.

I recently visited Point Seven with a party of 12, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious each dish was well prepared, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a beautiful ambiance that made the meal even more enjoyable. Despite our large group, the service was seamless. The manager, Miguel, was amazing, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we were well taken care of. Everyone in our group loved the experience, and we were all impressed with how well the staff handled our party. I highly recommend this place for great food, exceptional service, and a gorgeous setting. Can’t wait to go back!

Sadly we were served frozen fish which I realized straight away and confronted the waiter. He confirmed it and we switched to fresh fish which was much better. The portions are a little on the small side too for the price. I won't rush back...
