When I walked in at about 9:40pm 10/07/2025, some employees were already mopping. One of them asked me to move so that he can mop! Is there many slip and fall accidents in this place? Besides that hazard, I felt rushed. I had to repeat myself twice about my order too. The server even had the nerve to tell me not to point at the food when she couldn’t understand what I wanted. Your staff was too eager to close up. And this is not my first experience feeling rushed.

Ordered on DoorDash and the order just disappeared, no updates, no way to give them a call because the restaurant doesn't take a single phone call. If you can't provide any customer service on a delivery app, don't bother to be on that app.

Poke bowl, you just won another loyal customer!
I accidentally placed my order at another location and didn’t realize it until I went to pick up the order. The manager overheard and he was so kind. He asked me to just order it again at the counter and NO CHARGE!
The manager didn’t have to do this but he took care of me. It’s windy day today and I did not spend my entire lunch time to walk another half mile one way to retrieve my lunch and come back.
Thank you Poke Bowl! It is hard to find this kind of customer care at a fast food lunch spot these days. I will be back, like always.
Sandra and Bern are the best!! They are so efficient and sweet. They accomodated me even though they are almost closing. Will definitely come back again. ❤️❤️
Oh goodness this place really hit the spot! The food was incredible. I was the 2nd person in line when I went and there was only one person behind the counter. The short wait was well worth it. I highly recommend this location. I will always go back if I happen to be in Tribeca.
