Really delicious food but I am too hungry to deal with the new portion sizes — I have been coming here for a year and suddenly I am handed a half ass, half filled bowl by a new guy that was beyond stingily served. I even brought it up and was ignored. Please fix.

Standard assembly line setup. First guy on proteins stared at me blankly after I said “spicy negitoro” which is the item name in the menu. Had to tell him that it’s a tuna with the sauce.
Second guy on toppings was non responsive and I had to get his attention with “hello” at least thrice before he realized there was a customer in front of him.
Last woman in the line then told the second guy to “focus” instead of...

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and the food has always been really good. However, more recently I’ve noticed an issue with the portions. The bowls tend to be overfilled with rice, leaving less room for the other ingredients. It throws off the balance of the dish and takes away from the overall experience. I don’t want to make assumptions, but it does feel like the portions of the other ingredients have been reduced.
