I have ordered take out from here multiple times but just ordered for delivery thru an app. Poke Bowl made a huge mistake on my order and I called them and they basically told me they don't care. They didn't offer to fix it or even apologize. I have never had an experience like this with any other restaurant in NYC and I will never order takeout them again bc that is not a level of customer service I want. There is another Poke bowl place 2 blocks away that I will order from going forward. I'm so furious and disappointed. Without customers, they can't surviive.

My daughter and I came for lunch and had fabulous poke bowls. We built our own. I had half soba and half brown rice and she had just brown rice. I had salmon, tuna and salmon skin and she had teriyaki salmon (hot) and salmon. All delicious! The salmon skin is a new option for me and I loved the crunch, plus of course it's packed with omega 3s. The food was all fresh and they don't limit your topping, crunch or sauce choices which I appreciate. This was some of the best poke I've had in a while and I'll definitely be back!

They were really nice here but I thought the fish was a little to fishy. I got the spicy salmon and spicy tuna. I would say go for the upgrade to the max size with 3 proteins, it's more worth it.

I came here for the Crack Rice and the Crack Rice ONLY, and it did not disappoint. I am admittedly not a big fan of poke bowls in general. They're not texturally for me. I have been wanting to try the Crack Rice from this location for quite some time though, and finally got a chance to visit today. Of course, I went with the 8pc. Crack Rice Mix box ($17.99) with 2 pieces topped with spicy tuna, 2 pieces with spicy salmon, 2 pieces with spicy shrimp and 2 pieces with avocado. All are topped with a mini jalapeno slice for an extra kick. Aside from the crispy rice (which was still hot when I got my order), the other stars of the show were the SAUCES. This box came with 3 - some sort of soy dip (chef's kiss), a white wasabi dip (the best one out of the three!), and a spicy mayo, all of which were so, so good. Of the rice toppings, the spicy shrimp was my least fave, so I'd probably skip that one next time. Definitely 5 stars for taste, presentation, and quick staff. Portion wise, the 8 pc. box was okay for me, but it seems like it may not be enough for someone with a bigger appetite. Pro tip - order in advance vs. in store to avoid waiting on a long line.

Really awesome poke! I come here all the time for lunch. The Ahi and salmon are both really good. I also got a cooked salmon once and the portion was very generous. The toppings are tasty! The staff are as friendly as can be during lunch time rush haha. But that line can get a bit long at 12pm. Consider coming here at like 1pm or later.
