I cannot believe this place is as highly rated as it is. The attitude of the workers was appalling even though the food is great. A young hispanic male took my order and when i told him my choice of protein he not only messed up and put the wrong protein in my bowl, he also said it was my fault for not telling him. I clearly repeated my words and he insisted that it was my fault. At 18$ for a medium bowl, I should be allowed to make minor adjustments to my food. This type of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

This used to be the best Poké bowl chain in the city, and I’ve been loyal to this location for years — even after taking about a year-long break, I came back hoping for the same high standards. Unfortunately, things have drastically changed — and not for the better.
The last two times I’ve been in, I’ve had awful experiences, largely due to the young girl working at the front. Her attitude is shockingly rude — glaring, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It creates an unwelcoming, tense environment. Even when another employee was helping me, she was still visibly hostile for no reason.
A specific example: I asked for four wasabi packets — which used to be left out for customers to take — and was handed one. I politely repeated my request, and she handed me one more. I finally spoke up, telling her how unfair and petty this new behavior is. It’s not just the customer service that’s gone downhill — the food has too.
When I got home and opened my bowl, the smell was off — sour, like something had been sitting out way too long. I couldn’t even finish it.
This place used to stand out because it didn’t skimp on ingredients and treated regulars with respect. Now? It’s uncomfortable to walk in, the service is cold and hostile, and the food isn’t even fresh anymore. It’s honestly sad to see how far this location has fallen.

Incredibly disappointing service. Called to add on an extra protein after ordering online. Rather than just adding on the extra protein (by adding it to our bill or I could pay directly over the phone) they refused saying I’d have to order a whole new extra bowl. Totally unnecessary for such an easy fix.

Wonderfully diverse options for use in your bowl. I tried the Korean BBQ Pork h Teriyaki Salmon over Soba Noodles. Added guacamole, seaweed salad, mango, fish eggs, scallions, mushrooms plus a couple of sauces. Very flavorful, but still complementary.
