Friendly staff (none of the NY "snark"), insanely-good food (the BBQ Pork is to die for), and a nice clear quiet place to eat it if you want. My wife and I will be going back for sure!Vegetarian options: Most of the options are vegetarian. But carnivores need not fret - lots of good choices for us as well.Dietary restrictions: Lots of control over exactly what ends up in the bowl. My wife is vegetarian and gluten free and sensitive to many foods. Had no trouble making it all work.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a sidewalk-level entrance with not ramp or stairs.

Food there is amazing. I grab food from there at least once a week. Lately though, I have been ordering a burrito instead of the bowl and the employees started complaining in Spanish, everytime I order the burrito poke. Little did they know, I speak Spanish and can understand what they are saying.I understand that it might be a little more work than the regular bowl, but if it is in the menu than you are supposed to serve it normally, or am i wrong? I just feel extremely disrespected mostly because I am always nice with all of them, except today, because they put wrong stuff in my order, one of then was extremely rude and on and on…I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it because I work right on the corner and love the food. But it is just disappointing. There is another unit a few blocks away, and I will probably walk there instead of order from here again.

Good vegetarian options. I liked my poke bowl, and the cost was reasonable.

I had a medium bowl spicy tuna and spicy salmon over zucchini noodles. It tasted really good. The service was rushed even though I was the only customer in the queue. But I had a serious food poisoning from it. Not sure whether it is a problem with their cleanliness or the raw fish. I eat raw fish all the time and I have a very strong digestive system. But this got me down really bad.

The point of chains is that the food may not be out of this world, but it is supposed to be fairly consistent from location to location. This might vary from country to country, or state to state, but you would really hope that it doesn't vary block to block. Likely, this may be the worst Poke Bowl location in the entire city. After having waited ~10 minutes for my crack rice, it was handed to me cold and the avocado (not guac, avocado, as guac implies something was added to mashed avocado) was flavorless.

Rude and ignorant poke bowl server. She had problems with work hygiene. Never coming here again!

Good quality food.Tip: you don't need to add any additional source - I wasn't aware that there was a list of additional/extra sources on the menu for your bowl when I ordered for the first time and it ended up a little too much. The second time, I just added a little extra source from the list (16 types you may choose from)

My friend and I wanted a quick dinner so we stumbled across this place. Poke Bowl has many locations across Manhattan at least, and my friend enjoyed this place in other locations. I personally got the medium, 2 protein bowl with tuna and salmon and all the fixings. Overall, the price is fair for what you get - around $15 after tax for the bowl and I'd encourage you to get as much of the free toppings as you can to load up the bowl with more food, to your liking. My friend got the small that was around $4 cheaper but the size of that is significantly smaller, so if you still want a light meal, the medium is good. As I didn't want a large meal, I opted for zucchini noodles, and it was great to see that they didn't charge extra for that. The seafood was fresh and everything tasted as it is, but I would probably skip on the mango topping since it did not mesh the flavors as well with the other ingredients. This one was more on me since I chose to add the topping.

My friend and I came here tonight and we ordered two large bowls. I've not had poke bowls before and she said I had to try it at least once before our Hawaii trip this spring. Mine was super good and the cashier was nice.

Tried this place twice and found it overpriced and not good. You can get a better and cheaper Poke bowl at Sunrise mart around the corner and not have to wait as long. It does not smell very good in there as well and makes me suspicious as to how fresh the fish is.
