Absolutely amazing lil hole-in-the wall sushi and poke restaurant. I like places where the main feature is good food, not “atmosphere” or high prices. They also had impeccable service and they don’t set the credit card machine to automatically ask you for a tip. It’s a small thing but I miss it when this was the norm everywhere in nyc, but instead it seems to be a dying breed.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been coming here regularly and it never disappoints. The fish is always super fresh, the portions are generous, and everything tastes so balanced and flavorful. You can really tell they care about quality.
Their poke bowls are my favorite—everything is customizable, and they don’t skimp on the toppings like some other places do. And the sushi? So good. Super fresh, beautifully made, and consistently delicious every time.
The staff is always kind and friendly, and even when it’s busy, they keep things moving quickly.
If you love sushi or poke (or both), this place is 100% worth trying. It’s my favorite for a reason!
