Solid sushi. Not top notch and also not bad. Sushi rice was bit too dry. Fish and veggies were very good. Tempura shrimp also delicious. Small location with no to limited seating. Plan for take out
Absolutely amazing lil hole-in-the wall sushi and poke restaurant. I like places where the main feature is good food, not “atmosphere” or high prices. They also had impeccable service and they don’t set the credit card machine to automatically ask you for a tip. It’s a small thing but I miss it when this was the norm everywhere in nyc, but instead it seems to be a dying breed.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been coming here regularly and it never disappoints. The fish is always super fresh, the portions are generous, and everything tastes so balanced and flavorful. You can really tell they care about quality.
