The employees that work here are incredibly rude. I live nearby, and I would love to come purchase the $16 poke more frequently if the employees didn’t make ordering so unbearable. So mean. For no reason.

we love this neighborhood gem!!! the best quality, quick service, and they’re generous. give a lot with their toppings and also give free miso soup. highly recommend. always a favorite for us for lunch

I visited you twice, and both times I placed a pick-up order over the phone, and the person who attended me was neither pleasant nor polite, but that wasn't even the biggest issue. The first time, I ordered a salmon poke bowl, which was good, but I asked for sauces over the phone, and when I checked, they weren't in the bag. When I noticed, I asked the girl, and she literally threw them into my bag, which was already in my hand, instead of handing them to me or placing them in the bag in a less aggressive way. The second time, I ordered a spicy tuna one, which literally tasted like vomit. I ordered for myself and a friend, and we both felt a sour taste; we couldn't eat it. I'm really disappointed because I work nearby, and this would have been a place I'd recommend to all my coworkers as it's close, and we usually enjoy this dish, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back. TERRIBLE service and SOUR food.

Do not eat here if you need to eat gluten free food. I informed the staff before I ordered that I needed my order to be gluten free, they confirmed it was. I asked 2 more times as I spotted that the sauce was not marked as safe to eat I was told it was, it was just the board that was wrong.
I am currently very unwell.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. So many better places nearby, do yourself a favor and avoid the angry staff and small portions at poke rice. Small scoops of raw fish make you leave this place hungry still. I gave this place 3 chances, each time was another let down. Oh not to mention the ac in the place seems to be broken for over a month now. Raw fish doesn’t do well in a warm environment.

the female employee is extremely unfriendly, very uncomfortable experience because of that. I work as a waitress and I understand the struggle of customer service, but why are you giving me a side eye and stare at me in complete silence as im just ordering a poke bowl🧍♀️ portions are tiny, not even a full scoop of fish. Not coming back, many good poke places in WV :)
