The poke here is really fresh and the lunch deal is great! Three proteins for the price of one, and the size was incredibly filling and the fish was quite fresh. The only thing would be that I think they give a bit too much sauce, but everything is delicious. I really like all the topping options.

flavor was there but our rice was extremely overcooked- making the mushy overcooked rice overpower the flavors from the sauce, salmon, and toppings. the overcooked rice made the whole meal kinda bad unfortunately!

It’s mostly a takeaway so Atmosphere not sure how it could be better, but the food and the bubble teas are just amazing. Between my wife and I we had at least over 40 poke there. And it’s hands up the best one I tried in NYC

It is probably the worst poke I ever had. Compared to a nearby poke place that I usually go (hula poke) I got less food, worse taste, unnecessarily more sauce, and absolutely horrible tables. Wondering if they hacked to have 4.7 stars vs 4.3 for the other place.

The poke is good but they do not know how to package the food for delivery. Every other time I order from them a ton of food spills out of the bowl because they secure it with a single rubber band, so if the delivery driver shifts, the food will start falling out.
Ordered delivery to try out this new poke place based on all these positive reviews. I was severely disappointed. Yes, portions are large. That’s where the positives end. Fish quality was abysmal. Yes it was edible but the fish lacked flavor, texture and quality, the ahi tuna being the worst and completely flavorless. I understand why they drown their fish is sesame oil and sauces because the fish lacks any positive taste. The rice was hard and also lacked flavor. Kani salad was just dry, shredded imitation crab; flavorless. Also ordered a Thai bubble tea, which somehow also lacked flavor and had absolutely no tapioca pearls! I was expecting much better based on all the positive reviews but if you’re someone who likes sushi quality fish and poke, this is a thumbs down.

I ordered poké. It comes without vegetables, without a fork, only so i so see on a picture. I dont know How should i eat it, when i ordered to the hotel. Thats “poké” for 18 dolars, rice with chicken. Great!!!

I was simply sharing my experience, and your reply came off as more passive-aggressive than focused on addressing customer satisfaction. I get that it’s a small space with no dine-in and fish deliveries happen, but the smell was pretty strong while I was waiting for my food. Maybe improving ventilation or storage could help with that. Original Post: Got the lunch special poke for $15–$16. It was decent but not worth the price. The pickled radish literally tasted like soap water, and they charge an extra $1 for sauce. The seating was cramped, and I guess they were restocking fish because the place was so small, it reeked. Overall, an underwhelming experience—I wouldn’t return.

I’ve had several issues that I’ve avoided posting but now I just found a piece of rigid plastic in my food and have no idea what it could be from. Could be from food packaging or a bandaid for all I know. I’m beyond disappointed, thankfully I saw it before I took that bite
