I've ordered from this restaurant twice, but have never been to the physical location. That being said, the delivery is always on time and the food was very good and felt fresh. I like that you can customize a Poke bowl, I added fruit to mine along with pork which I really enjoyed. I got the sweet Shoyu sauce which is super tasty, I definitely recommend. Unfortunately, four stars instead of five because this afternoon I ordered on DoorDash and the restaurant called me to say they ran out of bags so they gave my dasher the food loose which was fine by me. Although once it was delivered I realized when I got up to my office that there was no sauce included, I had selected the option for it to be on the side. I'm not sure if this was a mistake by the restaurant or the dasher but I was disappointed because the sauce is the best part and without it the bowl was pretty dry. I will be ordering from here again but this time will make sure to confirm that the sauce is included.

Good place but can be a bit of a wait for walk in ordering as they have a lot of online order or pick up orders. I always love to get their chili crisp shrimp, tossed in the amazing chili oil. With my half salad and half rice(white or brown), and loads of toppings. They have cilantro topping, seaweed, and many more. The lobster meat and the imitation crab salad toppings are my favs. The sauces were good i love the aioli. The chewy marshmallow bars are also great.

Delicous little snack bowl ! The staff was really nice and FAST! Got to choose and eat within minutes and it was delicious and fresh. The place is a fast food place setup so I'd say it's a great place to eat a quick bite with anyone in a cafeteria style eating space.

I ordered from the Union Sq location this afternoon 3/22 around lunch time. I was reluctant to do so because I've had a bad experience with freshness there before, but I hadn't eaten all day and thought I would give it another try. But once again, my order today was not quite right. Once I got through much of my Spicy Ahi bowl, I realized the tuna was off in color - mainly with a brownish tint to it. It wasn't any of the "sauce" because I wiped it down and it was still brownish, and not the reddishcolor greah tuna usuallt is. Now, 12 hrs later, my stomach is not feeling well at all. This location seems to have freshness issues. Again, this is the 2nd time I've had this issue with this location, but the 1st time I am reporting it. I'm a big fan of Pokeworks, but sadly I only feel confident ordering from one location - Fresh Meadows.
