There's now a tea place where it used to be: I went here a couple times before this place closed as regrettably there isn't another close Poke spot in the area. The fish was cut into pretty small pieces and their crab salad was a bit unique. The food in short was just alright but the prices were high for the quality.

The best Sushi restaurant on the UES

OMG!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!! If I can rate this place as 0 or negative I would. The ONLY decent thing was the rice. The fish was not fresh and half dried up, tasteless. The place is extremely hot and when you combine that with raw fish, that's not a good combination. Toppings are very few and dry. Serving of poke is tiny, 3-4 pieces. I had spicy salmon and ahi tuna, had to ask them to double it because it was very small and I ended up paying $18 for, I would say, the worst poke bowl I ever had. I blame myself for going there, but the Google rating is a lie. I hope I don't get food poisoning.

2.5 stars - product is mediocre at best but I'd give them .5 star extra for the service. Got the tofu poke bowl and was pretty disappointed. The tofu was weirdly way tooooo soft to the point where I was worried it had gone bad and the flavor of the whole bowl was just lacking. On top of that for a $13 lunch, I expect to be full! But but nope, still starving. No thanks. The guy who made my bowl was nice though. It's prob not his fault it doesn't taste good....

Rice was not ready at 11:30.. had to settle for day-old brown rice, not enough veggies or sauce. fish tasted very fishy

Great food. They have a digital POS system, for what it's worth.

Go here for the quickest lunch between classes, real in-and-out which i like. However, their portions are disrespectful. A whole lotta rice and four cubes of spicsalmon. And the rice is kinda hard if you go after 4/5. The black guy/cashier is super nice though and the student discount makes this slightly worth it if you're in a rush

I order regularly as they are closeby and quick. Portions are sizeable and tasty. The fish is not premium in my view, but the value for money is good

This place has the standard options. Rice is cooked fine, mixed greens fresh. Crab salad was dry, fish was flavorless (even the spicy tuna), and avocado past its prime. Despite a good amount of ponzu sauce, the combination of ingredients didn't taste like much. Could def do better in this city.

This is what $13 will buy you. Honestly, save your money and go to Pokéworks, where you'll get your moneys worth. I was extremely upset at the portion. I ate the whole thing, still hungry. It doesn't fill you up, pretty much a snack. Did not enjoy my burrito at all! They have bubble tea, go to Coco's which is a block down, it's way better.

Great food. They have a digital POS system, for what it's worth. Wouldn't recommend dining in, though. It's cramped and they didn't have air conditioning on a warm night.

I really like poke since it's a healthy lunch option. I got the 20% Groupon cash back deal so I thought I would check this place out since it's close to work. I came here for lunch on a Wednesday around 12pm and it was empty. You can get a regular size (2 protein choices) or a large size (3 protein choices). I ordered a regular poke bowl with brown rice, greens, salmon, tuna, tomatoes, corn, edamame, mango, cilantro, and fried onions with spicy ginger sauce. The fish portion was rather small compared to other poke places (Pokeworks, Sons of thunder, etc). It was mostly rice and not much fish. I did like the spicy ginger sauce though since it was actually spicy. The ingredients were fresh except for the mango which tasted frozen to me. I doubt I would come back since there are so many better poke places in midtown.
