The man at the checkout door was very belligerent and didn't think I knew Spanish and called me a PANDEJA, FOOD IS BLAND, SERVICE IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT WAS YEARS AGO!! The grilled chicken is one of the best in terms of Latin style and they are generous with the accompaniments, all typical predominantly Caribbean dishes. Vegetarian options: Great salads, smoothies, steam vegetables, rice and beans and fish. Not a vegetarian restaurant but the food is wonderful and salads are always fresh. Only iceberg lettuce is used but its 100%fresh. You do have some options and the prices are extremely & completely affordable!
Wheelchair accessibility: It's a walk-in guys the doorway is a little narrow, but if it doesn't accommodate your wheelchair im sure that you can gesture thru the glass door to the owner, who is always by door at the register. ( It's not a large place) but the service is good. I've been a patron there since the year 2000.

I was the second person waiting, none of the workers greeted anyone or said anything as the line got longer. They all watched us and continued talking on the phone and with each other. Waited 12 minutes on the line before the first person got served. I heard them saying in Spanish, ‘Let Them Wait They Are Black They Don’t Cook’ OMG, I don’t look “Spanish” but I am, so they spoke out loud ?️ I ordered rice, beans and shredded pork, the server gave me some small piece of pork ? I asked for more he gave me all fat and charge me three dollar more for eight dollar dish. Ridiculous. They all talk bad about Black people, I work at the school nearby and coworkers said the same thing. I will never go back there again PERIOD the food was dry and old PERIOD
