I ordered, they had no food remaining, and told me around 20 minutes later if I wanted to wait another 12 minutes.
The female working the counter also looked like a zombie not wanting to be there.
To owner, do yourself a favor and hire new staff, really.

Less than average, I was going to Popeyes but it was too far then I googled and find this place reviews were 4.6 I thought isn’t bad for NYC but I had more expectations. I won’t be come back again if I want fried chicken, it should be better. I got 9 pc nuggets, rice, ban, M soda and paid for that 18$ everything is small. I could spend the same amount in KFC or Popeyes get more and better quality of food. The service is good, Thanks for Gabriella she smiles and great costumer service, if she ain’t I wouldn’t grade even the one star.

The food was very good but the service was terrible. The woman who was there answered very rudely everything we asked her, she answered us, don't you see, it says what you are asking me there! , it was the Afro woman who has some spots on her arm and who speaks Spanish, super rude ? We come on vacation and this experience was very unpleasant.
The thigh was to much oily inside, more than normal, it was not fresh, over-priced for fast food.

Went for the first time due to reviews and ordered a family meal. Almost threw up after a bite of the empanada - had a weird old motor oil like taste. Chicken was so greasy that the fried chicken had no crispness left. Grilled chicken was dry and finally I got two sides of beans when I ordered rice as one of the two sides. Never review places but unfortunately one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had.
