The guy at the reception desk (who is also their manager) was very rude and arrogant

The food we tried was delicious!! Seating upstairs and on main level. The mango salad with shrimp (a little spicy- not too much at all) and the curry pancakes are outstanding! I would come back again and again for those dishes- Best pancakes ever- nothing like a scallion pancake I’ve had before! The Thai crackers (with coconut shrimp and topped with a bit of pineapple and hot red pepper) were good- the rice cracker could be thinner. Unfortunately the margarita was terrible. It was stiff, foul no margarita mix. The mango drink with sticky rice on top was interesting- I liked it, bae wouldn’t order it again.

Not impressed. Came bc of the great reviews but I really don’t get it. It’s like basic thai take out food.

Am was a wonderful server. I solo dined without a reservation and they got me right in and took care of me before my Broadway show. I appreciate Ams recommendation and service

The food at SaiTong Thai exceeded my expectations, especially for a restaurant near Times Square. The Golden Sea appetizer was fresh and flavorful with a bright orange glaze, and the Chicken Satay was tender with a rich peanut sauce and refreshing cucumber relish. The Short Ribs Chu Chee stood out as the highlight, with soft, slow-cooked ribs in a creamy, aromatic curry. The Mango Delight made a great finish, pairing coconut sticky rice with mango ice cream.

A trendy Thai restaurant. Crowded and a bit over priced but good location.

A family of two seniors, two adults, and two young children had a great time at SaiTong Restaurant. The classic dishes were prepared with authentic seasoning, flavored with mild to medium spiciness, and cooked with attention to textures of crispiness and juiciness. The prices were modest for the dish sizes, which were all appropriate. Among Thai restaurants I've been to, this one ranked very high.

It was raining when we came out, so we just found this place nearby. Overall, it is good. Everything is a bit salty for me, but I assume others will just love it. It is not like this is super good I have tk definitely come back to get the same dishes next time, but my hubby and I really did enjoy every dish we ordered.

Great Thai spot in Midtown!
Everything was flavorful and well-balanced — especially the soup and curry.
Perfect place to relax and treat yourself after a long week!
