Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for ice cream!!!

Was looking for a storefront but ended up being routed to the basement of a building where it's more of an office hub tailored for mobile orders. The person working eventually came out and assisted us (and explained the whole thing) and was very accommodating. She even gave us a break on the price, which was nice. Hard to eat these outdoors on a hot day, as they melt very fast and generally make quite a mess! Flavors were just ok, not mind blowing.

The weather is scorching and the city is alive with a rebirth! Perfect time for Popbar, which I got in a variety of flavors to share, and they were packed into a cute insulated travel bag. All their gelato, sorbet, and yogurt flavors on sticks are delicious creamy concoctions. Fun flavors with neat toppings you can get dipped and topped to your imagination. My fav self-creations were the Kiwi sorbetto dipped in white chocolate topped with hazelnut, or Pistachio gelato dipped in dark chocolate rolled in shredded coconut. Dark chocolate gelato dipped in dark chocolate was also a hit! Next time will have to try cinnamon pretzel and melted chocolate drizzled on top. I liked all the flavors I tried, though asking for different toppings was met with looks and long pauses. If there's no labels, there's going to be questions on toppings. Line was out the door, because it's indeed a cool spot for some smooth, creamy iced treats on sticks.

I freaking LOVE Pop Bar. It's my go-to quick dessert when I'm in the city in the summertime (oh how I miss it). 4 stars cause it's pricey, but besides that, this is a perfect summertime treat. I always go with pistachio with a chocolate shell & crushed pistachios.

i was craving something cold on a hot summer day, so i decided to give this place a try. -they have a wide variety of flavors; they have pops in the form of gelato, sorbetto, or frozen yogurt. some of their gelato flavors are also vegan and gluten free, which is nice. there are also many toppings and dippings you can choose from. -they're available for pickup and local delivery through their website. -i'm not sure if they accept cash, since i paid with card. -there's no outdoor seating area, but there's a couple of benches across the street at father demo square. -the worker was open to telling me about their most popular popgelato flavors, and i even asked her to surprise me with the dipping and topping. 8/11/20 -pistachio popgelato: the worker ended up giving this popbar to me half-dipped in white chocolate and topped with waffle cone pieces. i loved how strong the pistachio flavor of the gelato was, and it wasn't too sweet either. the white chocolate dip and waffle cone topping added a nice crunchy factor to this as well. i don't have any complaints about this, except that it melted extremely quickly once i left the store. it was also a fair size for only around $6 with tax. (3.5/5) overall, this place is great if you're looking for a quick summer treat. while i don't know if i would come back in the future, some of their other flavors look really tempting. i would highly recommend that you must try their pistachio popgelato!
