Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Overall, no one can beat Popeyes in terms of taste, but why is it so difficult to request fresh fried chicken upon request? Everytime I’ve visited here, the staff, they have absolutely no sense of urgency or even demonstrate ‘please and thank you’…as if I’m just another statistic! Several times, I’ve noticed the oil that is used is rancid, and the chicken is not fresh….and upon requesting, the first 10 minutes are spent in going back and forth trying to request to prepare fresh chicken…Their’s a Chick-Fil-A literally right across the street, and although they don’t carry fried chicken, but they value their customers!!!

TERRIBLE, I ORDERED CLASSIC WINGS THEY GAVE ME NUGGETS, THE FRENCH FRIES FRIED WITH VERY USED OIL THE COLOR AND SMELL OF THE POTATOES WERE DISGUSTING WE HAD TO THROW THEM IN THE TRASH.

Literally everytime I come here it’s a “15 minute wait for chicken” staff has no sense of urgency and seems to genuinely not care about getting the orders out in a decent time. I spent over 25$ and couldn’t even get a sauce without them asking for more money. A sauce!

Ngl this was the best customer service I ever received from a Popeyes. Saikat is running that place. I had a small issue with my order and he fixed it without a problem. None of the staff had an attitude and the restaurant appeared to be very clean. I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. It was nice and crispy. Everything was so good. 10s across the board.

Front Cashier knows how to handle customer. New in this Popeyes. Very clean. Never see it before. Fries was warm & taste

They made me wait around 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a cinnamon apple pie. It was almost empty and they called every ticket number except by mine, even when they had the order ready. I had to ask and they gave it to me. When I got home, I realized that it wasn’t my sandwich. They gave me a regular sandwich instead of the bacon and cheese. This is not the first time that happened.

First time I tried Popeyes chicken. I had the 3 piece tenders and a coke. It was really good better than KFC. The place was clean. It was empty when I was there, but there were 2 people having a loud conversation.The the walls looked like painted brick and made the sound louder. Must crazy loud when it's full.

Why did this location close??

I normally pick up at the venue but this time decided to use Uber eats delivery. Well, I paid for the two orders of large Mac & Cheese that was the equivalent on one. And, the fries were never delivered. Although Uber delivery service was fast and efficient, ordering from this establishment wasn’t. I doubt I’ll be ordering delivery from there again. Very disappointed.

This is actually one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever patronized. Popeyes should really watch who they allow to have a franchise. This mashed potatoes are constantly watery. They charge for dipping sauce even when you order nuggets.

The only good thing about this location is the food as there is this one worker who is extremely disrespectful when we ordered here once she threw our open box of food in a bag and wouldn’t even help us out and ignore our request. Another experience I had the same worker completely ignored me and helped another customer. I would have been fine with ordering anything else when they didn’t have the chicken I wanted if it wasn’t for the fact I was disrespectful on multiple occasion by the same worker. I only had one good experience at this Popeyes and it was when she wasn’t working.

Babe paid so much money and not one of there options ( chicken sandwich, popcorn shrimp or wings) was cooked correctly or tasted good. It wasn't even busy for there food to be like this. It was clean in this Popeyes. That is the only pro. But they need to put so mats down on the floor because it is slippery from the
