UNHYGIENIC

I got the wrong order. I realized after eating my chicken it was not the spicy chicken. So I put the food I TOUCHED AND ATE back into the box.

Then I went to the cashier to tell them.

THEY PUT THE FOOD BACK INTO THE CLEAN FOOD AND PICKED UP THE PIECE I ATE WITH THE SAME UTENSIL and tossed it in the trash.

So gross. If you eat something there it might be returned food with crumbs touched by a stranger who didn’t wash their hands.

If they do that infront of you I can’t imagine how much they don’t care behind the kitchen. The tables look clean but they are not cleanly at all.

This has got to be the worst popeyes in America. The employees are so rude and they always get my order wrong. Sometimes I swear they do it on purpose.

Overall, no one can beat Popeyes in terms of taste, but why is it so difficult to request fresh fried chicken upon request? Everytime I’ve visited here, the staff, they have absolutely no sense of urgency or even demonstrate ‘please and thank you’…as if I’m just another statistic! Several times, I’ve noticed the oil that is used is rancid, and the chicken is not fresh….and upon requesting, the first 10 minutes are spent in going back and forth trying to request to prepare fresh chicken…Their’s a Chick-Fil-A literally right across the street, and although they don’t carry fried chicken, but they value their customers!!!

TERRIBLE, I ORDERED CLASSIC WINGS THEY GAVE ME NUGGETS, THE FRENCH FRIES FRIED WITH VERY USED OIL THE COLOR AND SMELL OF THE POTATOES WERE DISGUSTING WE HAD TO THROW THEM IN THE TRASH.

Literally everytime I come here it’s a “15 minute wait for chicken” staff has no sense of urgency and seems to genuinely not care about getting the orders out in a decent time. I spent over 25$ and couldn’t even get a sauce without them asking for more money. A sauce!

Ngl this was the best customer service I ever received from a Popeyes. Saikat is running that place. I had a small issue with my order and he fixed it without a problem. None of the staff had an attitude and the restaurant appeared to be very clean. I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. It was nice and crispy. Everything was so good. 10s across the board.

Front Cashier knows how to handle customer. New in this Popeyes. Very clean. Never see it before. Fries was warm & taste

They made me wait around 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a cinnamon apple pie. It was almost empty and they called every ticket number except by mine, even when they had the order ready. I had to ask and they gave it to me. When I got home, I realized that it wasn’t my sandwich. They gave me a regular sandwich instead of the bacon and cheese. This is not the first time that happened.

First time I tried Popeyes chicken. I had the 3 piece tenders and a coke. It was really good better than KFC. The place was clean. It was empty when I was there, but there were 2 people having a loud conversation.The the walls looked like painted brick and made the sound louder. Must crazy loud when it's full.
