I normally pick up at the venue but this time decided to use Uber eats delivery. Well, I paid for the two orders of large Mac & Cheese that was the equivalent on one. And, the fries were never delivered. Although Uber delivery service was fast and efficient, ordering from this establishment wasn’t. I doubt I’ll be ordering delivery from there again. Very disappointed.

This is actually one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever patronized. Popeyes should really watch who they allow to have a franchise. This mashed potatoes are constantly watery. They charge for dipping sauce even when you order nuggets.

The only good thing about this location is the food as there is this one worker who is extremely disrespectful when we ordered here once she threw our open box of food in a bag and wouldn’t even help us out and ignore our request. Another experience I had the same worker completely ignored me and helped another customer. I would have been fine with ordering anything else when they didn’t have the chicken I wanted if it wasn’t for the fact I was disrespectful on multiple occasion by the same worker. I only had one good experience at this Popeyes and it was when she wasn’t working.

Food is amazing but they don’t even wear gloves. I worked at Popeyes and have my food safety liscense. Although Indians are clean people(coming from a West Indians) it’s still risky. 1 star for no food safety. Gross just go to the kfc or chic fi la instead there both close and good. If you don’t care and your a young adult who’s healthy and you hungry then go for it, if it’s a one time thing.

This has to be the slowest place on a Sunday. I thought since they were new the service would be better. They need to hire workers I shouldn’t have to wait 25 min for a 5 piece meal the double parking ticket about to cost more than this meal. What’s the sense of convenience. Never again
New into the neighborhood and nothing is more honorable and respectful thaaaann a staff who helps and contributes and to it's community. As I was leaving being the last customer well into closing the time two young homeless teens approach the door and ask kindly for any left over food for they were hungry and starving. With no objection the young staff member invites them in and had his coworker fukk a large family size box full of crispy will ngs and thighs right off the grill for the teens. He added sauces napkins bags and drinks and handed it to them as both parties were thankful and grateful for each other's. It's stuff like that those small things that say akot about staff and places of business. I will forever remember this and will promote their business and have much good things to say about them. God bless your establishment and many good days ahead. Thanks for supporting your new neighborhood and welcome to washing Heights.
