I am a city worker and have been working near this location since Sunday night. My experience has not been good. The Hispanic manager is very rude and unprofessional. I spend money here everyday and somehow get treated like he doesn’t want my business . One day I asked for a refill and the manager argued me down even tho I showed him on the official Popeyes website that they do provide customers with free refills. He said his boss said he does t have to do it. I said so your boss is over the corporate website! He said Yes! He needs to clean the lobby instead of treating customers poorly. This place is filthy and I will not be eating here any longer and I will advise anybody who works overnight to just find another place . This guy needs a crash course in customer service

Unhygienic staff. Cashier blew their nose and then tried to collect my order with bare hands. They became really rude when I asked that they wear gloves/wash their hands. I ended up requesting another worker to plate my food as I was put off by the lack of common sense and courtesy. Eat at your own risk....

For The Atmosphere, Service, And Time, I Truly Believe That This Is The Best Place To Get Food. Food comes out fast, and hot. Chicken is tender, juicy, crispy and crunchy, but not dry. Mac And Cheese Is Creamy And Rich. Mashed Potatoes Have A Specific Taste (In A Good Way) That Not Other Restaurants Have. I Was Struggling With English And The Kind Staff Was Really Helpful. Also The Place Is Clean And Quiet.

DON’t go to this popeyes. Ordered a simple 3 piece and they gave me tenders instead with 1 side when I paid for two. These ppl will not get your order right and the customer service is rude. I’ve also seen employees sneeze into their hands and go right back to grabbing that chicken, post covid smh.
