OPEN LATER THAN ADVERTISED (can close closer to 1am) and I love it, it is a life saver for late night drunk meals! I have never gotten a wrong order from here and service is fast, I can’t complain.

Worst experience ever! I ordered on the app at 11:47 AM. When I got there there was a man arguing because he’s been waiting too long for his order but I thought he was overreacting. I told them my order number which was 42, and they said it was coming out. I heard a bunch of numbers past 42 getting called but not mine. I asked three separate employees about my order and they just kept saying it was coming. There was only one employee moving with a sense of urgency and he had just started his shift. The rest were moving one mile at a time with no care in the world. At around 12:30 I finally gave up, my break was running out and I decided to cancel it on the app so I can rush to the pizza shop and get at least a slice in as it was my first meal of the day. Luckily the app refunded me quick with no problem but I still felt the need to inform the staff that I didn’t want thre food no more so that they can know that they are terrible at their jobs. When I did, they looked at me like they had no type of concern about loosing a customer because of terrible work. As a future business owner, these type of workers wouldn’t last a week in my next venture. Hopefully this review finds its way to them, not so that people get in trouble but for people can do better at their jobs. I will never step foot in that business again and every one of the people I work with or anyone in the area that asks me what’s good to eat around there, I will make sure to mention not to step into that Popeyes.
