I would give it 0 stars if i could but one star will do. Totally forgot half of my order, was given the wrong beverage. Wasn't given any utensils and the fries were bland and cold. Absolutely no flavor. Mac n cheese is melted together. Everything was wrong about it. Never experienced this ever and never will come back again. Visiting from california just wanted late night food and i stumbled upon popeyes, and i said to myself i want me some chicken from popeyes. As soon as my order arrived , I immediately booked my plane ticket back to california cause of how bad it was.

This is by far the WORSTTTTT Popeyes I’ve ever attended. The food was undercooked and the employees were absolutely rudeeeee. The boy tried to charge me a extra $4 and put it in his tip jar. When I asked why I was charged a extra $4 he simply shrugged his shoulders as if he was confused. I Asked for a refund which he refused to give me then proceeded to walk to the back and never come back. The girl w the blue shirt comes from the back, I tell her what’s going on because blue shirt clearly means manager. She proceeds to tell me “Whatever my boyfriend did with your order that’s between you two not me”

It's by far the worst-managed restaurant I've ever been to. Long waits, food outages, out of most sodas, usually uncleaned, no refunds, they would lowball you into cheaper items. I let it go the first three times, but they did it to me again. There was no refund, and they wanted me to take the loss on cheaper items. Over a half hour lost waiting in the store to get a resolution. I got some points from the app, but it's still frustrating. At least this time the restaurant is cleaner than usual.An update to the ending. The manager substituted my order so I wouldn't have to take the loss this time. So I'm feeling better this time but I will never return to this one again. It's just badly run overall and the staff doesn't care.

The food that was sent was leftovers of the day. We o 6:30pm when the store closes at 10:00pm, there should be no reason that a customer receives stale food this early into the night. Food was not packaged properly and half of my drink was gone by the time I got it. The order wasn’t even right, there was something missing from each combo I got. Never order from this Popeyes choose another location and save yourself the hassle of getting a refund.

We ordered delivery, and it was missing the main item which was a sandwich but they just sent us the sides. So we ordered a second time, the same item, and they sent us the completely wrong order. It's the worst run place, beware- the workers definitely don't care.
