This place definitely needs to learn what basic service is. Given that this is a fast food chain, I'm not asking for much either. I got a 3 piece chicken and a mash potato and all I wanted to some ketchup and a fork to eat the food. The first girl gave me the food and just turned around and started to work on another order (to add, it wasn't even busy, there was like 1 other person waiting for food). Took me about 5 mins to wave down another girl when she was giving the order to the other customer. she gave me 2 pack of ketchup and did the same thing. Just turned around and left pretending to be working (at this point, there is no other customers in the store). Took me about another 3-4 mins to wave her down again to get a fork. I don't think im asking for much, just wanted a basic utensil so I don't have to eat the mash potato with my hand, but apparently that is asking for too much.
