I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo. After waiting 20 min and seeing my order marked as completed, they said everything was ready except the sandwich. Then don't mark it complete? Or if you don't have it, offer a substitute. If I wanted to wait 30 min, I'd go to another restaurant

absolutely atrocious service at this popeye's location. kiosk receipt told me to go up to 2nd floor for takeout. 20minutes, nothing. Server upstairs told me to go downstairs bc that's where takeout is served (wow thanks). When I go downstairs and show my receipt, the servers downstairs finally gave me my order 10min after I asked. And of course the order is missing items. Pathetic service.

Went there early in the morning around 5:30 am. The place is clean, brightly lit, and the female cashier is so friendly. Although it's near the closing time but the food is still nice and warm.

Despite the overall reviews of this restaurant, I must say that I was very satisfied. We were a group of 6 eating there. After choosing our meal from the vending machines, we headed upstairs, and our orders were already ready. We found room, everything was cooked well! I really enjoyed the “hot signature” chicken! I recommend this fast food for eating chicken!
