The store was dirty, I went to my food and if you look at the picture below, I ordered 8 piece butterfly shrimp in the picture it shows shrimp, fries, and a biscuit. They gave the the opposite box and when I realized I I took it back in the store. The took the box of shrimp that I returned and sent it upstairs to another customer and never satisfied my order. I’m uploading the video on all of my social media platforms!!

Definitely the cleanest and best well-run Popeyes I've ever been to. Order on the first floor and eat on the second floor. Amazing prices considering location. Kind and helpful staff. Spicy chicken wrap was very tasty.

Compared to other Popeyes they have the worst quality food. Chicken is not crispy my sandwich looks like they spit a little spit of the mayo (wrong sauce) and literally two pickles in the sandwich even though I specified extra pickles and specifically extra spicy mayo. Very disappointing. The sides also seem not as tasty here!

There was almost no one in the restaurant and we received our food cold. I ordered wrap - the tortilla and everything was cold, except for the chicken, that was a bit warm. My boyfriend ordered the same and received the same. That was a huge disappointment as there was literally like 4 more people, they weren't in rush at all.
Placed an order online, they were out of certain items which I wasn’t informed of until I asked to change the type of signature chicken cause I wasn’t given the option to choose. I was told they don’t have any spicy chicken because it was too late mind you they didn’t close for 4 hours … also how was my order packed and ready and you’re missing an item and was just going to give me something I didn’t want. Plus when I got home I was given an entirely different flavor or wings when i only like the one flavor and specifically came to Popeyes because I had a craving. The employee intially tried to say she didn’t have my order even though it was on the screen and packed and ready and walked away when i was trying to talk to her. So to do that then give me whatever food you felt like giving me without confirming is crazy to me. Waste of money. I’m

This is the worst popeyes I have came to, I come here since I work in the area, every time I order online my order is never ready, have to wait around 10+ minutes every time. then I come to the store and employees ignore till you say anything. manager is rude too. also this store is super dirty, always have flies in the kitchen area and the dining area
