BE CAREFUL!
Make sure you read the screen when they’re entering things on the POS (register)
This morning around midnight 11/25 the MANAGER tried to scam me to get more money.
I ordered a 4 piece meal with a side and a drink having 2 chicken breasts since that’s all they had left of the spicy flavor.
The short Indian manager with circular gold glasses tried to charge me for 3 breasts al a cart and tried to say it was a $2 up charge but the system wasn’t updated to ring in that way.

I know good and well that a breast costs almost $4 ($3.50-$3.70) for a $2 up charge he was trying to charge me something what would be over $4 with tax.

I’m considering contacting the franchise owner and corporate because this can be a huge class action lawsuit depending on how long he’s been working there and STEALING from people

The customer service is terrible like always, I went back to that store after a year but their customer service never changed nor even try to like always, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who experiences that. They are not ready to communicate even you have something important to ask.

Ask the guy what's the address he totally ignores me and then to top it off rude attitude for no reason then he throws the fries in a bag i ask him no container for the fries he gives me attitude also I let him know they need better communication i still order the food my order numer 12 today September 1 at 10:20 am now in understand why the store is empty it was 2 employees one taking out the trash and the other looks like the manager Atention if I can give 0 star's customer service No Good and I'm a customer Don't give an aitude I needed the Adress to order make sure is the right place SMH Ya Need New employees!!!

The drink had a weird aftertaste. The bones were blood red- which indicates that the food isn’t being handled properly. The staff was highly irritated. The Apple Pay wasn’t working.

Had the spicy 3 piece combo meal with potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. Taste was great but GOT TERRIBLE VIOLENT FOOD POISONING! Also homeless person approached me INSIDE the restaurant asking for money.
