the food was greasy as hell. the counter staff was not agreeable with customers requests. After all, it is only fast food. they could end up on the unemployment line. almost like the other location that was closed down the street. just like some other ones the door dash & Uber eats boys are taking up space & charging phones. less room for dine-in customers. if you don't care about healthy eating or good service by all means ...

I give one star because they always put fries in the bag underneath the french fries bag they don't know how to serve fries my mom made the complain with her email & they put chicken on the side with a sloppy job with my mom & my fiances order & Popeyes burned the chicken on my order they are unsanitary they have people from other countries working in this place they supposed to give five sauce of BBQ they don't even want to higher my Fiance for the job he knows how to work for Popeyes he knows how to cook Popeyes better & serve professionally he doesn't even have a job yet it's not right how they treat people in job interviews they are jerks in this place they don't higher people that are from the United States they even make faces at my fiance when he goes order there they always deliver the food cold then gives us wrong orders their chicken is never fresh or professionally cooked they are very rude with my fiance just because he's white while they were being disrespectful to him I rather let him work in Popeyes he would cook the chicken good then keep the place filled with lots of food he knows his rules how to put food in the bag.

The food was cold. They forgot a sauce. They didn't lend me the bathroom. But other clients were given the code. I don't understand what the rule is here to be able to use the bathroom.
If I go to a restaurant I want to wash my hands. It's the most normal thing.

I love Popeyes but what I've noticed about this location is that the customer service is very slow. Customers will come in after an order is placed will get theirs quicker. You literally have to speak up to make sure you're order is ready.
I hate to be rude but customer service needs better improvement.
Forgot to add the restaurant wasn't crowded when my order was placed.

Went into Popeyes to order lunch the food was ice cold and not fresh an obviously had been sitting there for some time as the bag was completely greasy. No napkins or utensils, despite the fact that I had asked for some. If I could give it no ratings at all I would.

Food was good and typical for Popeyes. The place needed someone wiping the tables. Many homeless coming in and asking for food. I took 2 bits and gave my food away.

My experience for the most part was for good. Plenty of indoor seating options, the indoor dining area seemed pretty clean. The chicken wasn’t fresh out the fryer but it wasn’t stale nor dry either. I ordered a 2 piece spicy meal with a strawberry unsweetened tea. The biscuit was as dry as you’d expect a biscuit from Popeyes to be. The Cajun French fries were fine. Lines were short but I ordered online, I sat and waited a bit until I realized the app tells you to go let them know that you’ve ordered online first. Afterwards, my meal was prepared pretty quick.

Ate here twice. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The self-order kiosks are easy to follow. If you are using a coupon, you order and pay at the register.
My first time, the chicken was dry and the kiosk didn't have an option to print a receipt. Only to scan the QR code receipt with your phone. The second time, the chicken was less dry, but flavorless/lacked seasoning and the batter was wet on the inside. Maybe they need to re-read the recipe instructions.
When calling the pickup orders, they need to either call both the order number and the customer's name, or project their voices louder so they are heard over the music.

Initially, I went to use the restroom but it was out of order. Based on previous reviews by other customers, it seems like it's been going on for some time.
I wish I took pics of the food.
I ordered a 2 pcs all white spicy combo. The chicken was very dry and was definitely on the heating rack for quite some time.
I went up to the guy working there and he exchanged it willingly.
When I started eating the chicken, I noticed that the flour coating was much thicker than the Popeyes' in my area. It made me feel like I was paying for fried flour.
Also, the recipe seems off. If I did a blind review test, I wouldn't be able to guess that it's Popeyes.
I barely ate the food and threw it away. Dang I dislike wasting stuff.
Hopefully you guys listen to the customers and adjust accordingly.
