I was here at 5:30 and the Indian girl working at the front started fighting with me. She was awful, the most horrible customer service ever. All I asked is for a thigh to be replaced but instead she threw it all 3 pieces in the garbage costing the owner a loss in the whole meal and I’m empty handed.

Ordered bbq wings and and got ghost pepper and spicy hot wings which was no good cause I have severe Gerd and acid reflux I will be returning these wings

I have been eating Popeyes for ten years, and today I have the worst experience eating Popeyes! The chicken pieces I bought were burnt. I'm very surprised that today's staff didn't notice the heat. Is your refrigerator broken? Are you taking the worst and worst chicken nuggets and frying them for your guests? No wonder it was fried very black. It turned out that the food was spoiled. My stomach hurts all afternoon after eating. Can you afford food poisoning? Can you afford the compensation? Can you compensate if it affects your work and physical health? Don’t sell bad food to customers again, it will put you out of business?

They give no refills. They have no unsweet tea, or butter.A wonderfully sterile feeling atmosphere. The chicken tenders were very salty. The only thing they got right was the Red Beans and Rice, raising their food score from 1 to 3 stars. Not sure I'll be back.
