The matcha wasn’t very good at all and it was 20$ for an extraordinarily small mediocre sandwich.

They have a couple of gluten free pastry options available. Great location, specially if you can get a table outside.

I went there almost every day since their opening and always enjoyed the stuff and the original manager who was always nice and attentive. However, now they hired a new manager. A very demeaning and unpleasant individual who should never work in the industry that involves customer service. He seams to be doing you a favor by serving you. He overcharges, judges, never smiles and is highly unpleasant. I will never go there again and will tell all my friends and neighbors to stay away unless they remove that despicable person from their coffee shop. Shame how owners lose by hiring the wrong person to run their business. Moreso, today I witnessed how he treated two ladies who got beverages there and decided to eat their one cookie from another shop, he addressed them in a very rude way and asked them to leave, even though they got something there and were still enjoying it. He insisted that they leave and even called the cops. Afterwards recording them leaving and all for having a cookie in there. I run a business and know how to treat a client especially a regular one. He could kindly let them finish and ask to please not bring it inside in the future but he did what only a nasty person would do. Disgusting behavior.

Been here about 7 times.Came in on April 17th and the chunky guy with the glasses was practically screaming at me to move to the register to give my order! There was nobody else waiting nor behind me and I asked him a simple question.I couldn't believe it! I'd questions about the size of each drink and I was going to order food but for no reason he was so nasty and rude to me. I always say hello with a smile and I'm well-dressed and personable, but this guy for no reason was super nasty! Maybe they have issues with women who are over 55 I don't know but i suggest they're not discriminate.I normally give them a 35% tip but I had to walk away giving them nothing- it was very disturbing. If you can't work in a small place and you don't know how to treat your customers and show them appreciation, then you are in the wrong business.I am Italian and people from Italy love other people and do not treat people like that. This guy was clearly not Italian he was possibly African American with the usual Starbucks attitude. Definitely many more options in town .

Staff is exceptionally rude. I keep going back for the reasonably priced pastries, but they really make it an unpleasant experience every time.

Good location, although, highly overpriced and the stuff, especially the manager is never friendly or nice. He is very mean and intimidating and never smiles. I Used to come there often since day one and there always nice and friendly . I liked their $19 salmon sandwiches and always had it warmed up. Until one day the newly hired manager said that they are not supposed to warm up that sandwich and refused to do it. Without a smile, explanation or apology he didn’t even look at my face. For the price that they charge the service and hospitality should match the price tag. Not going back.

I go here every morning on my way to work and every afternoon during my lunch break. Most mornings I order two iced lattes and at lunch I order a coffee and croissant. Yesterday the manager, charged me $3 for a cup of ice. He quickly changed the screen so that I didn’t notice the absurd price he was charging me for ICE. But I decided to call him out on his terrible business decision. Horrible service. Lost a very regular customer

Bad attitude from the guy behind counter. Took our coffee order for oat milk and not whole milk then rolled his eyes when we got the wrong one. We also ordered a raspberry-filled cake. He gave us vanilla (probably by mistake) and then said that that was what we ordered when we found out. Wouldn’t exchange it either. Really rude. The woman making our coffee was super nice though.
