Last minute wanted a restaurant for brunch near a movie theater and found Poppy's. They had just opened and the restaurant was quiet, but our food was delicious - husband had Eggs Benedict and I had avocado toast with poached eggs. Really enjoyed it and would go back.

I went here at midnight on a Saturday and had the best grilled cheese and tomato Basil I’ve ever had. Ironically the fries with spicy aioli were phenomenal. I hope this place does well

Amazing food for a great price in East Village. Great cocktails especially the passion fruit and mezcal one. Loved the roasted chicken, delicious, my wife got the steak which was wonderful as well.

The interior neon and the name create a Miami vibe that does not fit the neighborhood. I want a nice cocktail bar in that space, but with an interior rethink.

Popoye’s is a classy restaurant! The decor is hi-end. The ambiance is great. The service impeccable! I tried the salmon burger and I have to tell you, it has a combination of many different ingredients and flavor! Highly recommend!
