I’ve honestly never had bagels this good, especially the “everything bagel”. They are freshly baked, perfectly fluffy, and absolutely delicious. The fresh cream cheese dip is amazing and complements them perfectly. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be back!
Not the biggest bagel connoisseur, to me they all taste relatively the same. However, something about this place just hit differently - highlyyyyy would recommend. Somehow the plain salted butter spread was the hit out of all the dips.

Everything was impeccable at pop up bagels the only thing keeping it from 5 star service is that the keeper did nothing out of the ordinary to help us.
The bagels were freshly baked and perfect. It was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The truffle dip and the cinnamon butter was very tasty. I recommend this place to my friends and want to go back soon. The only downside is the space. There is not a lot of space inside to wait

Wowza are these ever fresh! They come to you hot - crispy on the outside and chewy soft inside. We also enjoyed their freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were very friendly and chatty. Insta: @curious_footsteps

Don’t get intimidated by the lineup, they have a good strategy down where someone asks you what your order is in line, so by the time you’re at the cash you only have to pick your schmear (cream cheese) and pay.
We got the sesame bagel and everything bagel with truffle and regular cream cheese. If you’re a fan of truffle, you absolutely need to try it. It so well balanced and not over powering, they definitely know what they’re doing. Also, i don’t know if the bagels are always this fresh or if we got lucky, but it’s probably one of my favourite bagel consistencies in NYC.
They are also fairly priced. Highly recommend it !! Enjoy
As always the best fresh bagels in town. The staff is awesome and made the wait until the bagels came out of the oven fun. I'll be taking some to Germany today to share the live for good bagels.

I have no idea why everyone is going ballistic over Pop-up Bagels. Even though the bagels are served warm, the temperature does little to offset the poor texture and flavorless nature of their bagels. I’d rather eat a day-old Kaiser roll from any supermarket. Plus, their “schmear” is nothing special. Go support any one of the hundreds of local bagel shops in NYC—likely, they’ll make food that actually tastes good.
