I had never heard of this place, but a friend suggested it. I was looking for a new bagel shop, so I figured I'd try it out. I was first in a line that I thought was for Popup Bagels but it was for Leon's... make sure you're at the right place! Popup Bagels didn't have a line, which was bittersweet. A line doesn't necessitate quality and experience but it did make me wonder. I enjoyed the aesthetic of Popup Bagels, the music, and the service. The guy who helped me was kind and efficient. But the best part of this place is how freaking good their bagels are! Whew! They're light, hot and fresh, and tasted great! I got two sesame and one everything, with plain smear. So far, the sesame is the only one I've tried, but I'm stoked to try the everything bagel! I got these to share but they might not make it to my friends ?
These instagram bagels looked beautiful but were lacking in flavor.

Bagels were awesome. Line outside but be patient as it moves fast...and food worth the wait. Location we went to was all take out, not sure if they have any sit down ones

The everything bagel is good (the salt one just tastes like plain bread). Texture is nice and chewy and the scallion cream cheese is not too strong and has a nice, balanced flavour. However, it is just a bagel.
