This franchise is always a good place to get fresh sandwiches. This location has the added bonus of allowing dine in and a clean restroom. It's also close to Grand Central Terminal.
This is a very clean restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food is exactly what you’d expect from a typical Potbelly. Even though it gets a little busy, it was still set up to allow for people to easily move about the shop. There is one public bathroom that was pretty clean, too.
Old fashioned sandwich shop, my sandwich was made hot when I hadn't requested it, I had to ask four times for tomato soup for my sandwich & soup 'pick your pair'.I came here at lunchtime as it seemed quiet when all the other eateries were rammed, now I know why.Potbelly your ordering system needs tweaking, and your decor is outdated.
