Food tasted great had the Pizza Melt, the costumer service was fantastic. My only issue is the actual size of the Hero, kinda was hoping for a BIG hero when i got the Big. Felt more like a regular, dont know if thats because of recent events but overall every else was good.

The Wreck is a great sandwich but be careful with the sides works. Those jalapeno peppers are lethal.
I arrived to this location @4:18pm and the doors were locked. I came a long way at that rushed from Yonkers on the train to avoid traffic. Never again man.

Empty restaurant on lunch rush is usually a bad sign but I like potbelly. Unfortunately, the service here is truly terrible. Staff is inattentive, conditions are unsanitary and overall unwelcome, unkind atmosphere. Empty store and cashier was more interested in having a conversation than checking me out. The person preparing my sandwich literally put a huge avocado peel in my sandwich, which I had to point out. She didn’t understand English so it was hard communicating that there was an avocado peel in my sandwich. I wouldn’t go to this location again.

After a bad experience at 7th Ave location gave this one a shot. Not bad. Food was good and sandwich was completely different than 7ave location. It was actually filled and eating it became a mess ( sometimes a good thing ) This location has much less sitting area and it’s more of a pickup place.

Honestly I love going here. The food is great and not too badly priced considering they almost always have a deal when I go. But this past few times I have been coming to pick up my mobile order and the door has been locked. It hasn’t really been a problem for me because normally when I knock they open the door.Today I went at 5:55 to pick up a Mobile order I placed and the door was locked. I proceed to knock and the worker looks at me with a blank look. I say I’m here for a Mobil order. He comes to the door and is inside staring at me through the glass waiting for me to show him my order placed on my phone. I show him And then asks for my name. He leaves me outside and locks the door back and gets my food, unlocks the door, and hands it to me. It is December and very cold outside and I found it very rude to have me waiting outside while the restaurant is technically still open. Usually at this location the workers are berry sweet but that was beet unprofessional.
