Great food and a great staff!
They have a sweet deal on shakes and their turkey club is yummy!!
I got the chicken salad with provolone cheese. It wasn't as bad as I expected. Love the chicken, it tasted great.
The cheese and broccoli soup was outstanding. Clean and comfortable eatery - would definitely recommend.
Could do a lot worse for a quick cheap lunch. Usually alternated between the wreck and the meatball sandwiches.
The staff is very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The two 'BIG' sandwiches however, that I ordered, at this location were long but were certainly lacking the right quantity of stuffing. It was a lot of bread and seemed like the 'regular' amount of filling. Potbelly's brownie cookies are an incredible alternative to the lack of Insomnia Cookies in NY/NJ. You may need to point that out ahead while placing your order.
You know what it is
It's good for a quick lunch, assuming the line isn't too long. If you get a milkshake, you'll also get a little cookie on your straw.
If you like the toasted sub concept, this place does it pretty well. I got the Italian and found the meat quality to be good as well as the bread for a chain shop. Sub was very tasty, service was fast
The chicken & cheese on multigrain with mayo, lettuce and tomato is my default. A filling, yummy sandwich.

Decent food, but it just seems too ... complicated ... to order here. Service seemed forced and grudging.
Wreck on white, provolone, and all the fixings minus mustard and oil. Dream bar for dessert if it's one of those days.
Great sandwiches, horrible service.
If you're a Baruch College student, show your ID for a free cookie. Save $1.40
Mediterranean w/ everything is a pretty decent vegetarian sandwich.
