Great place to grab some food. I really like their Italian sandwich. You will be hard pressed in cold weather to find a place to eat though. They were quick to move the line by efficiently taking and preparing orders.

Please do not serve avocados with rotten spots in the inside. It happened to me three times on this location.
Found a small cockroach right by the food preparation - probably a good indication that there are plenty more cockroaches that we can’t see.
Given the staff and the way they run the kitchen, I’m not surprised at all.

I went to the store at Rockefeller Center and the girl who was taking the order was very rude. Since we arrived to the place the girl has a very bad attitude and answered not only once but many times while explaining how to take the order.

I went to the Rockefeller Center location today and ordered a powerhouse salad which was hyper spicy. I complained to them again but they told me that it didn't have any spicy ingredients (which I already knew from the list of things it had) but obviously someone put a seasoning in it that didn't work and they kept denying it to me. Very bad disposition of the person in charge or I don't know who it was that left me talking to myself. Yes, there was a boy who tried to help me by lending me his cell phone to translate.

Damn! Was looking for a bagel, popped in here when the bagel shop was closed! Great decision! The “Big” meatball sandwich was fantastic and their spicy peppers are excellent. Makes Subway look like a distant poor relation ??

My friend and I ordered two apple pie milkshakes, they served us both vanilla milkshakes. Why advertise a new flavor if you won’t serve it? Terrible service.
Hot Italian sandwich was good, added some spicy peppers made it even better. Price was reasonable. Skinny has exactly right portion for me.

I was at Rockefeller Plaza and picked up a sandwich from the Potbelly sandwich shop and enjoyed it in the outdoor seating at Rockefeller Plaza. The sandwich shop has skinny and large sandwiches depending on your appetite. I ordered the A Wreck - very good!
